Return

We understand that sometimes, issues may arise, and you may need to return a product. We are here to make the return process as smooth as possible for you.

  • Free Return: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered or if the product is defective, we offer free returns. We will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.

  • Return Request: To initiate a return for a different product or a defective product, you must submit a return request within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Mandatory Opening Video: For all return claims related to receiving a different product or a defective product, we require a mandatory opening video as proof of the condition of the product upon delivery. The video should clearly show the unboxing process and the issues with the product.

  • Refund or Exchange:

    • Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return criteria.
    • If the return is approved, you will be eligible for a refund or exchange.
    • Exchange Return will be done within 5 days on receiving the exchanged product. 
    • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is a result of our error or a defective product.

     

  • Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping costs.

     

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at iinfo@Silverboiz.com and send your item to: iinfo@Silverboiz.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: iinfo@Silverboiz.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
